Ontario parents could wait months for savings due to delayed child-care deal, advocates say

Under the child-care deal it signed with the federal government in March, Ontario announced it would make early daycare fees 25 per cent cheaper starting in April and give retroactive rebates starting in May. But that hasn't happened and parents are wondering when they'll see those savings.
