The West End play Cock has faced criticism for operating a dynamic pricing" ticketing model that saw the cost of a seat rise to 400.

A spokesperson for the show, produced by Elliott & Harper Productions at the Ambassadors theatre in London, said on Tuesday that as Cock was reaching the end of its limited 13-week run, the remaining premium ticket seats are based on supply and demand".
