On Thursday the Republican Senate candidate and bestselling author of the memoir Hillbilly Elegy tweeted a long explanation as to why Joe Biden's ideas about gun control are misguided. Enacting new laws won't do anything to improve the gun violence problem in the US, he tweeted. Bans don't work.
