Students reap the reward of hard work with a diploma in hand

Eight students received their high school diplomas at a ceremony that rewarded effort, perseverance, and determination.

The students, from Notre Dame House School and Regina's Place-Jeanne Scott Parent and Child Resource Centre, have faced challenges throughout their lives and found themselves sidetracked in the traditional high school environment.

But their hard work was rewarded inside St. Lawrence the Martyr Parish as they were handed a coveted diploma and continued on their life's journey.
