Police search near Battlefield Park for missing Hamilton man

Hamilton police are conducting a ground search near Battlefield Park for a missing 35-year-old man.

Dejan Trboljevac was last seen June 16 around 6:30 p.m. in the area of Faircourt Drive in Stoney Creek, near Centennial Parkway South and King Street, and just north of Battlefield Park.

The 35-year-old is described as being around six-foot-four and 220 pounds, with a full beard and dark brown hair. He was last seen wearing a white polo shirt with a collar, coloured shorts and black running shoes.

Police and family are concerned for his well-being.

Police on Wednesday searched the area near where he was last seen. Residents in the area are asked to check around their properties.
