Rogers service restored to 'vast majority' of customers

The vast majority" of Rogers customers have regained internet and phone service as of Saturday morning, according to a company statement. There is no word yet on when the final customers will regain full service after a massive outage knocked out the telecommunications giant's networks across Canada.
