James Jackson, charged with robbery and attempted murder over February 2021 shooting, mistakenly freed after clerical error
The US Marshals Service is searching for a man who was erroneously released from custody after being arrested for shooting a dog walker who worked for the singer and actor Lady Gaga.
In a statement on Monday, the federal agency announced a reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to the arrest of James Howard Jackson, 19.
