Queensland's corruption watchdog must seek legal advice from the Director of Public Prosecutions before proceeding with charges under recommendations by esteemed corruption fighter Tony Fitzgerald.
The probe into the Crime and Corruption Commission headed by former judge Fitzgerald delivered 32 recommendations to the state government on Tuesday.
This report was updated on 9 August 2022 after an earlier version attributed comments about a degree of group think' or pack culture' amongst police officers seconded to the CCC to Fitzgerald's report. The report attributes these comments to counsel assisting the PCCC inquiry.
