Stable kernel updates

Greg Kroah-Hartman has released the 5.19.4,5.15.63, 5.10.138, 5.4.211, 4.19.256, 4.14.291, and 4.9.326 stable kernels. They all containimportant fixes throughout the kernel tree; users should upgrade.
