Single-vehicle crash in Barrie leaves six dead

Six people are dead as a result of a single-vehicle crash in Barrie early Sunday morning.
Officers located the crash in the area of McKay Road and County Road 27 at about 2 a.m.
According to Barrie police, it's believed the occupants were six individuals who were reported missing earlier Saturday evening. However, police could not confirm the identities of the victims.
The Barrie Police Traffic Unit is currently on scene investigating along with officers from the Investigative Services division.
Anyone who has any information related to this incident is asked to contact Barrie police.
