Floatplane pilot captures scary encounter with circling boat

Floatplane pilot Eric Lee was attempting to exit Alaska's Halibut Cove with seven passengers aboard when the aircraft was circled at close proximity by a boater. He describes the encounter to CNN affiliate KTUU. Both the US Coast Guard and Alaska State Troopers are investigating the incident, according to KTUU.
