Inquest hears how Ianto Jenkins was playing on his bicycle before being struck by vehicle on dairy farm

A three-year-old boy died after being accidentally hit with a pickup truck and trailer driven by his father at a farm in south-west Wales, an inquest jury has concluded.

Ianto Jenkins sustained a fatal head injury as he played on his bicycle on the dairy farm near Efailwen, Carmarthenshire, on 3 August last year.
