Comic Con is back in Hamilton
Yoda, Superman and an Oompa Loompa walk into a bar ... or better yet, into Hamilton's Comic Con. Yes, you read that right, pop culture's favourite event is back in the city.
So Cosplayers, get ready for a weekend of meet and greets, vendors and an opportunity to check out the Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum.
Folks will get to enjoy 100,000 square feet of everything TV, movie cars, actors, celebrities, vendors, workshops, arcade zone, movie memorabilia, collectibles and more.
Some of the attractions include Fresh Prince of Bel-Air" reunion with Karyn Parsons and Daphne Reid; Deep Roy from The Empire Strikes Back," Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory"; Daniel Moncada from Breaking Bad" and Better Call Saul Reunion"; Dean Cain, who played Clark Kent/Superman in Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman"; Kurt Angle, WWE Hall of Fame wrestler and former Olympic Gold Medallist and Ari Lehman from Friday the 13th."
We're finally back, and we couldn't be more excited to host fans that have supported Hamilton Comic Con," said Chris Dabrowski, Show Manager in a release. From the very beginning, we've had the support of the local community, volunteers, vendors and the fans. It's a great feeling to be back."
Regular tickets start at $15 and can go up to $1,000 for an Ultimate VIP Experience" which includes full-access to panels, photos and autographs with all celebrities present.
