Australian singer John Farnham has been transferred into a rehabilitation facility in Melbourne, after 12-hour mouth cancer surgery in August left him in ICU for more than a week.
In a statement released on Thursday, the Farnham family said things are moving in the right direction and for that we are enormously thankful".
