City offices, civic museums, recreation facilities, seniors centres and arenas are closed for public programming.
Hamilton and Burlington public libraries are closed Monday. HPL is also closed Sunday.
Most retail outlets and grocery stores are closed Monday.
Most area malls are closed, including CF Lime Ridge Mall, Eastgate, Fairview, Mapleview and Burlington Centre.
Centre on Barton may have some stores open and Outlet Collection at Niagara Falls is open from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
