High school sports in photos: Titans on to championship

The Bishop Tonnos Titans came out on top over a visiting team from Burlington to move onto the regional championship game in senior high school football.

On their home turf, the Titans won 22-20 over the Corpus Christi Longhorns to punch a ticket to the Golden Horseshoe Athletic Conference final next Tuesday.

A missed extra point by the visitors and a rouge by the Titans made up the two-point difference in the game.

Their opponent was being decided Wednesday evening in Burlington in a game between Hamilton's St. John Henry Newman Cardinals and the Nelson Lords.
