On Nov. 18, just before 11 p.m., the Haldimand detachment of the OPP received a driving complaint. Police conducted a traffic stop in the drive-thru lane of a restaurant in Dunnville.
While speaking with the driver, apparent signs of alcohol consumption were allegedly detected.
