Scientists ask residents in Niagara, Ont., to look for meteor pieces after weekend fireball

A meteor about one meter in diameter landed in pieces in Lake Ontario near Grimsby on the weekend, causing a fireball seen across southern Ontario. Experts are asking residents who find any dark, heavy, magnetic, melted-looking rocks to consider donating them for further study.
