Oshawa Generals edge Hamilton Bulldogs in OHL action

The Hamilton Bulldogs' four-game winning streak ground to a halt on Sunday afternoon as they dropped a 4-3 decision to the visiting Oshawa Generals.

Gavin White, Avery Hayes and Logan Morrison tallied for the Bulldogs in a losing effort.

The loss came one game after Morrison tied Matthew Strome for the franchise's all-time assists record (132) in a 4-2 win over Mississauga on Friday night. His goal gave him 84 in his career. His next goal will tie him with Brandon Saigeon for third most in Bulldogs' history. Arthur Kaliyev leads that category with 126.

Avery Hayes is only one behind Morrison in that category.

The Dogs play a rare morning game on Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. against Mississauga, then continue their homestand on Saturday at 4 p.m. with the popular Teddy Bear Toss game against the Windsor Spitfires.
