Lamar to miss 2nd straight game, Huntley cleared to play vs. Browns
Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson will miss his second consecutive game due to a knee issue Saturday against the Cleveland Browns.
However, backup Tyler Huntley has cleared concussion protocol and is in line to play in the AFC North matchup. He suffered the injury in last Sunday's win over the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Jackson, who's dealing with a PCL sprain, reportedly could return for Week 16 against the Atlanta Falcons.
The Ravens are in a tight race for the division crown with the Cincinnati Bengals. Both teams sit at 9-4 but Baltimore currently tops the AFC North thanks to a head-to-head win.
Jackson has thrown for 2,241 yards and 17 touchdowns against seven interceptions in 12 starts in 2022. He's also racked up 764 yards with his legs.
Huntley completed eight of 12 passes for 88 yards and ran for 31 yards before exiting against the Steelers. Undrafted rookie Anthony Brown stepped in for most of the second half as Baltimore held on for a 16-14 victory.
