Dallas Cowboys star linebacker Micah Parsons knows he didn't make any fans in Philadelphia after questioning Jalen Hurts' MVP bid.

"I'm pretty sure they hate me," Parsons said of Philadelphia, according to ESPN's Todd Archer.

While discussing the Eagles quarterback potentially winning the prestigious award on "The Voncast" earlier this week, Parsons commented: "Is it Hurts or the team?"

The 23-year-old linebacker said he stands by his remarks but meant no ill will toward the signal-caller.

"You've got to stand on everything you say just as a man, but obviously, they small-clipped it and took one line of what was really talked about," Parsons noted, per Archer. "But no pun intended or no disrespect to Hurts, I think he's doing great this year."

Hurts declined to respond to Parsons' comments Wednesday, stating that his focus was solely on Philadelphia's next opponent, the Chicago Bears.

"If we can't have opinions, I mean, you guys get to talk shit all day, why can't we talk a little chatter?" Parsons said. "I don't understand what's so hurtful when we talk about each other. We're the players. We play every day. So, I think people should have opinions."

The Eagles lead the NFC East with a 12-1 record while the Cowboys trail with a 10-3 mark. The two clubs are set to meet for their final regular-season meeting Dec. 24 in Dallas.
