Apache SpamAssassin 4.0.0 released

Version 4.0.0 of the Apache SpamAssassin spam filter has been released.

Apache SpamAssassin 4.0.0 contains numerous tweaks and bug fixes overthe past releases. In particular, it includes major changes thatsignificantly improve the handling of text in international language.

As with any major release, there are countless functional patches andimprovements to upgrade to 4.0.0.
