The openSUSE News site coverssome highlights from the second prototyperelease of the upcoming SUSE "ALP" distribution.

The mountainous prototype has the big addition of Full DiskEncryption. ALP extended this Full Disk Encryption to bare metalservers and the use of a Trusted Platform Module will open thedoors to leverage unattended booting while keeping systemsencrypted and secured. ALP is intended to run on both private andpublic clouds that require encryption features.
