Hamilton’s Four Point Puzzles is closing
Puzzle maker Four Point Puzzles is going out with a big bang.
The Hamilton operation has closed up its physical shop and will soon stop offering its products online entirely.
Before shutting down the store for the holidays, owner Lindsay Stead told her followers on social media that the Westdale storefront would not open again.
Then in a Jan. 4 message on Instagram, she wrote that the online business would close in February.
Stead started Four Point Puzzles with her popular moon puzzle in 2019. Earth, Mars and a 1,000-piece puzzle featuring all the planets followed.
Celestial objects were not her only repertoire, but she wrote she was driven to capture the wonder of our solar system."
In three and a half years, Stead expanded to 18 titles, sold in more than 250 stores, museums and galleries, and shipped to 73 countries.
The business is now winding down with an online sale running to Feb. 4.
