Girls with Slingshots - GWS Chaser #14

It was really tempting to April Fools you all and throw in a non-canon strip that followed on the heels of #2008... but I'm not that mean. ;)

This was one of the few strips that was already in color (thanks to Laeluu for giving it an added punch with those shadows!). It's also one of the few strips that features Reese with his original look, which I later changed (for dumb reasons I'll explain when I start putting together the omnibus of the first thousand strips next year).

And in case it seemed familiar, this is the strip that Hazel is giving a nod to in the second to last panel. :)
