High school sport in photos: Tonnos tops More for HWCDSB senior girls volleyball title

The senior girls volleyball teams from Bishop Tonnos and St. Thomas More stood out this season, finishing with identical 13-1 records.
So it was only fitting that they should meet in the Hamilton-Wentworth Catholic District School Board championship.
In a back-and-forth match that saw multiple momentum swings and lasted nearly two hours, the Titans from Tonnos defeated the defending champion Knights in five sets (25-13, 25-22, 21-25, 24-26, 15-8) in a jam-packed and loud gym at More.
