Some of the top 2023 Oscars moments, according to Twitter
The 2023 Academy Awards has come to an end - and without a ton of drama unlike last year.
But there were still a few iconic moments at the Oscars, including the Everything Everywhere All At Once" awards sweep, Lady Gaga's heroic deed, and special guest Jenny the Donkey's surprise appearance.
The Star has compiled the top Oscars moments according to Twitter:
Ke Huy Quan's speechKe Huy Quan delivered an emotional speech after he snatched a golden statue for best supporting actor. Quan was a popular child actor in the '80s, known for his roles in Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom" and Goonies." His involvement in Everything Everywhere All At Once" was his first time acting in almost 20 years.
Mom, I just won an Oscar!" said Quan, This is the American dream."
Everything Everywhere All At Once" won seven of its 11 nominations.
Lady Gaga rescues photographerA photographer at the red carpet had an awkward encounter with Lady Gaga as she stopped to help him after he fell.
The whole ordeal happened in a matter of seconds. In the video, Gaga is seen rushing to help him get back on his feet. She extends her arms and props him up, checking if he is OK. The photographer proceeds to tap her twice on the waist, still looking disoriented, and Gaga looks down confused and wanders away.
Gaga later ditched the glamorous red carpet dress and performed Hold My Hand" at the ceremony in sneakers, jeans and a T-shirt.
Pedro Pascal being Pedro PascalThe star of The Last of Us" and The Mandalorian," also known as the internet's Daddy," stole the internet's heart once again with his charm at the Oscars.
Pascal presented the award for best documentary short alongside Elizabeth Olsen.
The Last of Us" season one finale was streamed on Sunday.
Jenny the DonkeyJimmy Kimmel brought Jenny the Donkey, sidekick of Colin Farrell's character in best picture nominee The Banshees of Inisherin," to the stage and Farrell's reaction was priceless:
Find yourself a man who looks at you like Colin Farrell looks at his donkey," a fan said in a tweet.
