It would appear that the ipmitool repository hasbeen locked, and its maintainer suspended, by GitHub. This Hacker Newsconversation delves into the reason; evidently the developer wasemployed by a sanctioned Russian company. Ipmitool remains available andwill, presumably, find a new home eventually.
