A 12-year-old boy has been charged with the murder of a warm, loving and dedicated" social worker who was run over by her own car in Sheffield.

Marcia Grant, 60, was killed when she was hit by the vehicle outside her home in the Greenhill area of the city at about 7.10pm on Wednesday.
