Kernel prepatch 6.3-rc6

The 6.3-rc6 kernel prepatch is out fortesting.

But before the festivities can begin, we still need to take care ofbusiness: Sunday still means another release candidate. Thoserascally (and biologically confused) egg-laying rabbits must notdistract us from kernel development.
