A good .380.

I saw Bersa .380 for sale. They're pretty affordable and I have never heard any negative comments about these products. Not really seeking accuracy mainly because this is a backup pistol/concealment is usually close combat. What I am wondering is does this pistol jam at all? Does it ever misfire? Will it come apart if I shoot it?
