RMSc Red Dot turning off

I have an RMSc red dot mounted to my Sig P365XL. This red dot consistently turns off at random times, and will turn off when fired and turn back on when another round is fired. The red dot was just on and working but simply holstering the unholstering the gun has caused it to turn off now. I replaced the battery <6 months ago with a brand new one. This has been the worse red dot I've ever owned by far!! Any one know any fixes?
