Buck Mark; Contour URX or Field Target?
Soon I'll be buying my first .22lr. Narrowed it down to a Buck Mark and ended up with two different styles; the Contour URX and the Field target. The medallion was in the running for a long time, it is alsom one of the more expensive buckmarks in the shop while on the Browning-site it is the cheapest? Anyway, here are some reasonings.
The Field Target is a tad heavier.
The Field Target has a wooden grip vs. a checkered grip.
Field Target is 25 euros more than the Contour.
I'll be shooting only indoor precision discipline. (But not all that good yet).
So what would be your choice? And why? I mean, the looks are similar unless I'd get the stainless Contour (another 40 euros on top of the black Field Target).
