(BLEM) Zenith ZF-5, Anyone picked one up?

They are selling these for (what looks like) a sweet deal. Has anyone picked up a BLEM. I was curious what type of blemishes customers had gotten.

I have a ton of PSA BLEM products and all of them are spotless. I can't tell the difference in the BLEM and NEW. I was curious what Zenith considers a BLEM.
