Fouling Near Ejection Port

I'm getting significant fouling near the ejection port of my Tikka T3x. I've fired 30 odd rounds through the rifle in two instances. First instance was only 6 rounds and i might have missed the issues that time round.

Any idea what this could be, how I can clean it and what I can do to stop it?

I've tried soaking in Hoppe's No. 9 over night and rubbing vigorously which hasn't really done anything.

1st photo is a bottom up view into the receiver, under the right light the darker parts look to be brass, I'm assuming the whitish stuff might have been there already and is rubbing against the round as it is fed.

2nd photo is of a casing that has a mark near the neck that is consistent across the 6 cases that I still have from the second day of shooting.

3rd photo is the same angle after soaking in Hoppe's No.9 over night and giving it a good rub. No real difference.

There is nothing obvious on the bolt and the action still feels OK. Receiver has a Cerakote finish. Tikka T3x Super Varmint so not a cheap rifle.
