What to buy for a collector

Like the title says, I'm not certain what to buy for my dad. I shoot a lot and love the meme magazines and tacticool parts, but he's more into collecting than actually shooting. What do you all thing is something neat for a collector that can be gotten on a budget? For example, I got him a M16a1 hand guard for Christmas. Thank you!
