Which licenses do I need to purchase historic firearms?

Hey everyone, so I am pretty new to the gun purchasing and owning world. I had a carrying license a great many years ago but it has long since expired. And currently you don't even need a carry license in my state in order to purchase a gun, or at least some guns.

But I have gained an interest in historic firearms over the last few years. I am particularly interested in buying a version of the 1912 Steyr Hahn, the Lebel 1886 rifle, a Mk. VI Webley, and many others. And I can't quite seem to figure out which licenses I need in order to buy these firearms. So far I have found conflicting reports on what exactly I need. So my question here is, which licenses do I need? And where do I get them from? Thanks in advance for your time, all help is appreciated.
