PSA Dagger & MechTech CCU?

For years I've kind of been wanting to get one of those MechTech CCU kits. It's one of those just cause things, I have no need for another firearm and no real role for the MechTech to fill aside from not having a pistol caliber carbine yet.

I don't have Glocks or Springfields, and not going to invest in either just to put the CCU kit on it and leave it that way. I've got a few 1911s and have been wanting to try my hand at building and fitting one, so that's the direction I was leaning.

I keep seeing the PSA Dagger frames pop up on sale on their emails for around $50. IIRC those are supposed to be glock compatible, but don't know the details. Has anyone tried using a MechTech CCU on the PSA dagger frame? Is there any reason that it would not work?
