Question regarding some seller requests on GunBroker?

Noob question- thanks for bearing with me.

I'm new at this. Maybe I'm wrong. But I thought when you win an auction, and pay for the item, GunBroker has a FFL database where you find your FFL and select it. Shouldn't THAT be all that's needed for the buyer? Why do so many sellers have big descriptions on how "you MUST have your FFL send us their info first!". Isn't the info all there in that database? You can even look up FFLs online...

Thanks for any clarification where I might be wrong.
