Vehicle hit house in Ancaster crash

Hamilton police are investigating after a vehicle hit a home in Ancaster Sunday afternoon.

The 57-year-old man who was driving the vehicle was without vital signs following the collision and later pronounced dead in hospital, police said.

Emergency services were called shortly before 2 p.m. to Haig Road in Ancaster for a vehicle that left the roadway and hit a house.

The crash is being investigated by the traffic safety unit.
