Halton Regional Police have laid more charges against a Milton teacher.

Police allege further investigation found a man had been luring children online from locations across the world.

The man recorded children performing sexual acts and would often pay them for doing so - often using Roblox gift cards as the currency - police said in a news release.

In February of 2022, a man met with a 14-year-old Brampton girl and sexually assaulted her, Halton police allege.

On May 1, 2023, investigators laid an additional 28 additional charges.

Justin Zielke, 44, of Ancaster, has been further charged with four counts of voyeurism, five counts of accessing child pornography, nine counts of luring, four counts of making child pornography, two counts of extortion, invitation to sexual touching, sexual interference, sexual assault and obtaining sexual services from a minor.

None of the charges have been proven in court.

Police say Zielke spent time as a teacher at St. Vincent Catholic Elementary School in Oakville from 2014 to 2016 and St. Matthew Catholic Elementary School in Oakville in 2013.

In January, when police announced the initial arrest, police said Zielke was a teacher at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Elementary School in Milton since 2016. He goes by the name of Mr. Z" to his students and uses various names online, including Dan Forest.

Anyone with information pertaining to Zielke can contact Det. Todd Martin at 905-465-8983 or Det. Const. Dave Cziraki at 905-465-8984.
