Tutorial of making DVD installation file of a fork of Ubuntu using a local folder repository?

I want to create a DVD ISO file of a new fork of Ubuntu using the local folder repositories and the latest versions of specific .deb packages, and I canit find the best tutorial which involves doing the same thing when I was searching those on Google.
