DHCP_IPADDR - listed in rc.inet1.conf but not implemented?

Using: Slackware64-15.0
In /etc/rc.d/rc.inet1.conf under 'additional network parameters you can use':
Code:DHCP_IPADDR[4]="" # Request a specific IP address from the DHCP
# serverAs far as I can see this option is unused and unimplemented by rc.inet1.
That is, the value is not passed to dhcpcd with --request or --inform.
Am I missing something?
