where is the brighness of backlight saved in Debian

The backlight of my laptop is always at full brightnes after a reboot.
When I execute "sudo /user/lib/systemd/systemd-backlight load backlight:intel_backlight" manully, it works well.
It looks that there is another framework to handle it in kde.
Could someone tell me how to deal it?
