After updating slackware64-current today I can't run discord or the brave browser. They crash with the error

Code:You need to make sure that /opt/brave.com/brave/chrome-sandbox is owned by root and has mode 4755.The obvious solution is to chmod it, but I can't see what updated package could have caused the problem.

Code:NetworkManager-1.42.8-x86_64-1
freetype-2.13.1-x86_64-2
gegl-0.4.46-x86_64-1
imagemagick-7.1.1_12-x86_64-1
iproute2-6.4.0-x86_64-1
kernel-firmware-20230625_ee91452-noarch-2
kernel-headers-6.1.36-x86-1
librsvg-2.56.1-x86_64-1
network-scripts-15.0-noarch-19
openexr-3.1.9-x86_64-1
pipewire-0.3.72-x86_64-1
strace-6.4-x86_64-1
sudo-1.9.14-x86_64-1
util-linux-2.39.1-x86_64-1
vim-9.0.1667-x86_64-1
vim-gvim-9.0.1667-x86_64-1
xsnow-3.7.5-x86_64-1
xterm-383-x86_64-1I thought maybe something to do with sudo but those programs don't seem to try and use sudo for anything.
