City councillor to raise motion to declare domestic violence 'epidemic' in Hamilton

Hamilton'sWoman Abuse Working Group (WAWG)is calling on the city to declare domestic and intimate partner violence an epidemic, while revealing statistics showing a great need for expanded services in the city.
