ParrotOS on Raspi4 trying to install expressVPN HELP

Hello everyone! I've been tinkering with Kali and Parrot for some time off and on. One of my biggest hurdles i'm trying to get through is package managers. Downloading and installing a GUI through command line and or a package manager. Seems like different software/apps have different requirements. I've followed every step from the manufactures website to install expressvpn using raspi (no luck). I've also tried various amd64 versions, and whatever the other one was. I finally stumbled across a thread to run the manufactures opvn but i'm stuck. Detailed instructions work best for me, and thanks for any help in advance.
