[SOLVED] How can I install FotoKilof (4.3.3)

Hi!
I use slackware 15.0 but I don't know how to install a ImageMagick which helps me to reduce pictures.
I downloades FotoKilof (4.3.3) from SlackBuilds Repositories to the downloads folder but what do a I have to do to install the program?
Do I have to copy the FotoKilof.tar.gz to the folder "Programs" and tar it?
If somebody could give me a step by step help I would be very happy.
