I have a problem with kernel

After encountering a issue with a kernel that would never correctly boot because of weird issues when I tried to install Nvidia drivers in the past.
The issue I am having currently is that that I deleted the latest updated kernel which I just mentioned does not boot to be booted into the working kernel but now when I try to update the working kernel it will also not boot anymore it will get stuck at this weird screen
