My laptop has 2 batteries. How can I see the % charge of each on OpenBSD?

I'm new to OpenBSD, and this issue has been bugging me. I'm using a Thinkpad T-460 which has 2 batteries. An internal battery and a removable battery. On Linux I can check the percent charge on each battery separately, and this works automatically in desktop environments (e.g. xfce4-panel battery widget). On Linux the removable battery discharges first, and once it hits 5%, the internal battery starts discharging.
On OpenBSD when I run apm it gives me the charge of only the "current" battery. If the removable battery is plugged in, it gives the charge of the removable battery. Otherwise, the internal battery.
This also means that when the removable battery hits 0%, the system seems to hibernate/try to cleanly shutdown before losing power. But if I unplug the external battery before it reaches 0%, apm will read 100% (internal battery charge) and the system won't try to shut down.
Is there a way to check the charge of both batteries? And is there a way to convigure OpenBSD to only try to shut down once the *internal* battery charge is very low?
